Return and Refund Policy — Lilyroy
We want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.
Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original, sealed packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items with broken seals
- Custom or personalized orders
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

مدة الإرجاع نقبل طلبات الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام طلبك.
شروط الإرجاع لقبول طلب الإرجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج:
- غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية
- في عبوته الأصلية المغلقة
- مصحوبًا بإثبات الشراء
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع لأسباب صحية وسلامة، لا يمكن إرجاع:
- منتجات العناية بالبشرة المفتوحة أو المستخدمة
- المنتجات التي تم كسر ختمها
- الطلبات المخصصة أو الشخصية
الاسترداد بعد استلام المنتج المُرجَع وفحصه، سنُعلمك بالبريد الإلكتروني بقرار القبول أو الرفض. في حال القبول، يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–10 أيام عمل.
المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو مختلفًا عما طلبته، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور للمنتج.
تكاليف الشحن تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على عاتق العميل، إلا في حالة المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة.
